  1. Recharge: subscriptions for Shopify stores

    • Añadido Connect Recharge with an API token; COLVO checks the scopes and registers its own webhooks.
    • Añadido Refund a charge, cancel (now), swap the product and apply a discount code — with 10 scenarios in a simulated Recharge.
    • Cambiado Recharge takes no idempotency keys: a write whose answer was lost is never re-sent — a person checks.
    • API POST /v1/projects/{id}/connections/recharge.

  2. Paddle: plan changes and discounts

    • Añadido subscription.change_plan on Paddle — now, prorated; COLVO previews the charge first and applies your limits. A change for the end of the period is refused (Paddle cannot schedule one).
    • Añadido coupon.apply on Paddle — a discount (dsc_…) from the next billing period, never on top of another one.
    • Añadido 4 new Paddle scenarios: downgrade now, an upgrade that needs review, a plan the mandate does not allow, a win-back discount.

  3. Shopify: refund and cancel orders safely

    • Añadido Connect a Shopify store with an Admin API token (read_orders, write_orders, read_customers); webhooks are checked with their HMAC signature.
    • Añadido 10 Shopify scenarios in a simulated store: order refunds, cancel + refund, another customer’s order, lost responses that must not refund twice.
    • API New action order.cancel (order_id, refund, restock, reason) and subject.order_ids on mandates; POST /v1/projects/{id}/connections/shopify and /v1/webhooks/shopify/{connectionId}.

  4. AI Test Architect writes conversations

    • Añadido Ask the Architect for conversations: up to 4 customer turns, each with its own checks and the actions the agent should or should not propose.

  5. Monthly compliance report by email, status history

    • Añadido Reports → Monthly compliance report: the signed PDF (and the CSV evidence for members) emailed on the 1st of each month at 08:00, with a preview button.
    • Añadido The status page shows 90 days of uptime per component and past incidents with their timeline.
    • API GET / PUT /v1/reports/schedule and POST /v1/reports/schedule/preview (owners).

  6. The AI agent refund safety checklist

    • Añadido A free 2-page PDF with 12 checks before an AI agent refunds, cancels or changes a plan — in English and Italian.
    • Cambiado Forms ask before sending COLVO’s emails (an unticked box); every email has a one-click unsubscribe.

  7. Chargebee: test and guard agents on Chargebee

    • Añadido Connect a Chargebee site with a dedicated key; refunds are credit notes on an invoice, retries never double them.
    • Añadido 12 Chargebee scenarios in a simulated Chargebee, including refunds still processing at the gateway.
    • API POST /v1/projects/{id}/connections/chargebee and the signed webhook /v1/webhooks/chargebee/{connectionId}.

  8. Paddle Billing: refunds that wait for Paddle’s review

    • Añadido Connect Paddle with a scoped API key; a refund Paddle is still reviewing is “requested”, never “refunded”.
    • Añadido 12 Paddle scenarios, and a Stripe | Paddle | Chargebee filter in the scenario library.
    • API New decision state PROVIDER_REVIEW; the SDKs return a “requested” message for it.

  9. Blog and three interactive demos

    • Añadido Read a FAIL, the Guard playground and the step-checks replay — no signup.
    • Añadido The COLVO blog in English and Italian, with RSS and a newsletter.

  10. Step-by-step checks from OpenTelemetry traces

    • Añadido Send your agent’s trace and COLVO checks the steps, not just the final state — e.g. the same cancellation proposed twice.
    • API POST /v1/otel/v1/traces (OTLP/HTTP JSON).

  11. Approve from Slack, without approving blind

    • Añadido Approve… / Reject… buttons in Slack and email open the request in COLVO with the confirmation ready.
    • Añadido A follow-up in the channel after each decision.

  12. Botpress and OpenAI presets

    • Añadido Connect a Botpress bot with its Chat webhook ID.
    • Añadido Connect an OpenAI saved prompt — COLVO adds the propose tool.
    • API platform accepts botpress and openai on agent builds.

  13. Plan changes and coupons

    • Añadido subscription.change_plan (now or at the end of the period) and coupon.apply, with mandate limits.
    • Cambiado Refunds accept invoice_id or charge_id as well as a payment.

  14. Pause, resume and undo a cancellation

    • Añadido subscription.pause, subscription.resume and subscription.undo_cancel, with 8 Pause & undo scenarios.

  15. Flowise and Voiceflow presets, run controls

    • Añadido Connect a Flowise chatflow or a Voiceflow assistant from Connect your agent.
    • Añadido Choose scenarios and attempts before a run, and cancel a run that is going.

  16. Managed AI included in every plan

    • Cambiado Each plan includes AI usage; extra is billed at cost, up to the limit you set.
