Getting started
From an invite to a first suite run against your own agent, in about ten minutes and without a Stripe account.
1. Accept the invite
COLVO is invite-only during the pilot. Request access; when approved you receive an onboarding link, set a password (or use magic links) and land in your organisation with a first project and the 20 scenario templates already there.
2. Expose your agent over HTTP
COLVO calls your agent with a JSON request describing the customer, their subscriptions and payments, the conversation so far, and how to propose an action. Your agent answers with JSON containing reply. If your agent already exposes an endpoint (n8n webhook, Flowise flow, your own service), you may only need to map the reply path. 3. Connect it from the project page
Open Projects → your project → Connect your agent. Enter the endpoint URL, an optional auth header COLVO should send, and the reply path if your JSON is not one of the auto-detected shapes. Press Test connection: COLVO sends a real sample request and shows the raw response, the reply it resolved and the latency, or a specific error. Save it as a build (for example v0.1).
4. Run the suite
Press Run suite (or use the CLI). Each scenario runs three times against a fresh simulated world. The run page shows every attempt, the expected and observed state, the deterministic checks and, if you enabled an AI key, the advisory semantic notes. Cost is shown per attempt as known or estimated, never as a silent €0.
5. Read the report, fix, compare
Open a failing scenario to see exactly which check failed and the state that produced it. Ship a fix as v0.2, run again, then open Reports → Version comparison to see what broke, what got fixed and what is still failing.
6. Going live (Guard)
Guard needs the Guard plan or the entitlement. Connect a restricted Stripe key to the project, have your backend register a mandate per ticket, and point your production agent at COLVO’s operations endpoint. Move your agent to Guard walks through it step by step, with code.
